- The Site is owned and controlled by Stage Right Crew and unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials in our courses, including text, graphics, information, content, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, sounds, music, artwork, and other materials, and the copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual property rights in such materials, are owned, controlled, and/or licensed by Stage Right Crew.
- You may not copy, download, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from our courses without the prior expressed written permission of Stage Right Crew.
- No right, title, or interest in any downloaded and/or copied Content is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading and/or copying. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, perform, alter, modify, create derivative works from, sell, exploit, and/or otherwise use any of the Content or the Site for any public or commercial purpose. Stage Right Crew owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it.
Permitted Uses & Restrictions
- Stage Right Crew grants users a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-commercial, limited license to access and use the courses.
- Course materials may be used only for internal company training, according to the number of seats/licenses purchased. You may not share a single purchased seat with multiple employees or allow more people than permitted to access the content.
- You may not copy, share, sell, or publicly distribute any materials without written permission. You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content. You may not upload, republish, or incorporate content into other websites, apps, or databases.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations when applying the training.

- Our training is provided for educational purposes only. Stage Right Crew is not responsible for how the information is applied on your job site. Always follow safety regulations and company policies.
- While Stage Right Crew and all parties involved in creating, producing, and delivering the site and courses strive to ensure its quality and usefulness, we make no guarantees regarding the suitability of the content of this site for any specific purpose.
- The information provided through the site is for best practices only in the setup, operation, and tear down of stage production equipment as determined by Stage Right Crew. The use of the site does not replace proper supervision of your employees who perform any of the tasks identified in course material.
